And I'm going to be in St. Louis for the Blackhawks vs. the Blues.

Darn the luck! Not that I won't be having fun ticking off people in St. Louis while wearing my Blackhawks jersey, but I'd really like to see Klein and Garcia play for the nats. Hopefully somebody will be taping this match.

I just signed-up. Just a simple form for company(?) liaisons to give out info to their "company" employees about the Wizards. May have to make the trip if it's going to be above freezing.
What exactly is the Pavilion? Indoors, outdoors?
If it's outdoors there should be plenty of room to pre-game, game and post-game!

pavillion is that temporary tent-like structure to the east of the stadium (big, white and hard to miss). It is climate controlled. I don't know if I can make it, but I'll try to be there.

I hope that will be better than the Blackhawks/Blues game on 1/2. Wasn't the best game to go to.

By the way, I really wish the Taco Bells here would honor the 35 cent tacos if the Blues score 5 goals. :D

So are those of us travelling to the draft looking for a place to see the game aren't welcome?

If nothing else, you can sign up to be a "Crusader", no obligation. I'd imagine the Wiz folks will work something out for the under 18s and out of town guests. More is better for a watch party.

Actually, that is a good questiong. I would call the Wizards and ask. I am sure they are pretty busy with the draft and may have overlooked this aspect.

I was told by the Wiz that U18s and out of town guests could attend if they are the guests of a Crusader.

So the only way that we can attend for free or otherwise is to become a crusader? What about those of us "between jobs"? Alias perhaps?
I think if someone is a fan and wants to watch - let them go. Sign up if they want to, but not make it mandatory. Just a thought.

I would imagine anyone interested in watching this will head over to the Pavilion at Arrowhead for the watch party there.

I am curious on how many new Crusaders they signed up tonight. I was there and I would estimate about 200 or more in attendance. I saw them flipping through a stack of registration forms so my guess is it was a nice success and they probably signed up several new Crusaders. The watch party was fun and the crowd went crazy when Klein scored his goal.

My Dad signed up...it was a good idea to have people be Crusaders to go watch the game. Because if they wern't they would more than likely sign up.

    BTW, Sean Wheelock kicks arse.

    Sean Wheelock = Good people.

    So does CJ.

I referenced to an excellent film in a compliment i gave him on my way out, and he seemed to get it.

    He seemed very happy.

I will be impressed beyond impressed if someone can figure out the movie and/or which part of said movie i reffered to.

(Hint: The compliment was about the aquisition of a player)
