Could be, assuming games were hosted in warmer cities (whether the U.S. or Mexico). Not sure LigaMX would go for that since they actually break then I think between seasons

Is there going to be any TV/streaming coverage for the friendly tomorrow. I can't find any mention of it, so I am assuming that there isn't going to be any. Please let us know if there is.
I heard no broadcast or streaming in the USA. But broadcast in Mexico on TUDN. So my guess is there will be streams that pop up on the internet for those who are interested.
Brugman got his green card when he was here so he wouldn't count as an international. I love Gaston but I don't see the point of bringing him back outside of his locker room presence. He was declining here and it's amazing how his performance in MLS Cup changed things, everybody wanted him to leave before this final (rightfully so). He wasn't a starter in Nashville too.
I was watching the Big 10 men's Soccer tournament and I was very impressed with the play of UCLA's #9 Serge Solans Ormo. He was RSL's first round draft choice for 2024. He scored 14 goals in 2024 at Oregon State. This year at UCLA, he scored 18 goals in 18 games so far. He seemed faster than Nascimento , with a stronger leg and a better passer although I understand that all of this could be my incorrect.evaluation. If anyone has seen him play, I would be curious as to your thoughts. I understand that RSL's draft rights expire at the end of the year. I mention all of the above because Rique Puig attended several UCLA home games this year and I was wondering about a potential Galaxy connection.
HIGH quality video about our new DP in 2026, Riqui Puig. ok just finished this, I’m pumped for next season.
In addition, a couple of names to replace Fagundez if we don’t manage to keep him : - Amine Bassi (27 years old, Houston) : Bassi is about to leave Houston after three seasons. His first year was excellent, his second was OK and the third was forgettable (very much like the whole Dynamo team). Like Fagundez, Bassi is an attacking midfielder who can play on both wings. Bassi would complement Riqui Puig very well : his soccer IQ is high, he’s excellent at combining in tight spaces, at nutmegging opposite players… Bassi has a green card and the interesting part is he would not be a free agent (because he has not been in MLS long enough) but he would be subject to the Re-Entry Draft, where we hold a high pick (the 5th overall). His 2025 salary was $700,000 so we would have to chose if we draft him in the first round and pick up his option, or wait until the second round to negotiate a new contract. We could face some competition here (especially Montreal) since Bassi is a very interesting player in his prime. - Erik Thommy (31 years old, Kansas City) : Thommy has been in MLS for three and a half years and is eligible to free agency. Same profile as Fagundez and Bassi, but different player : Thommy is powerful, likes to make penetrating runs and to shoot from distance. His 2025 salary was super high but he’s still a solid MLS player, and holds a green card.
FC (@japaofcbr) December 4, 2025 According to Japanese medias, V-Varen Nagasaki (recently promoted to Japan first division) are interested in Maya Yoshida.
Personally, I would rather see Zanka go, if I had to pick between them. Maya is a better offensive player if the Galaxy are desperate for a goal I would miss Maya, but if the Galaxy could use both their salaries to sign a really good TAM CB, I would be happy with that.
Yes, better if both go and we use all that money to sign a good CB to pair with Garces. That position needs to get significantly better.
Yeah, Zanka has to go. If we can get something for Maya then that's good business as well and allows him to go back home for his final seasons - so if he wants that I think he deserves it. If we keep one of them as a veteran backup that wouldn't be horrible either. But I definitely would rather that be Maya than Zanka. Everyone knows we desperately need a stud forward and stud centerback. The question is will we be able to get them....
