https://www.freeshot.live There are dozens of free live TV channels from all over the world, but I don't even know which one broadcasts the match. Help?
US starting XI: Goalkeeper: Claudia Hickey Defenders: Emily Fox, Kennedy Wesley, Gisele Thompson, Naomi Girma Midfielders: Sam Coffey, Lindsey Heaps, Rose Lavelle Forwards: Trinity Rodman, Sophia Wilson, Alyssa Thompson
On the Japanese feed, Karina Maruyama, Yukari Kinga, and Shinobu Ohno are doing the pre-game commentary, which is pretty nostalgic!
I registered as adviced to Peacock and watch with VPN in Spanish. https://www.pcworld.com/article/2287025/the-sneaky-way-to-get-a-peacock-premium-free-trial.html

Whatever tactics Kano had in mind for first half it's clearly not working. Tanikawa and Matsukubo in starting XI is a disaster. Seike is missing and it shows. It should be 3-0 for USWNT already. I'm gonna hit the bed after 1st half. EDIT: Lots of errors in defense or in transformation after the ball is lost. Half of the team looks tired.
Manaka is one of our fastest players and all her sprints have been devoured by US defenders. She also takes too much time before the shot. I think Miyazawa would do better there, if there could be an option with her in front. There were also quite a lot turnovers in attacking half, they always build up one team and take away confidence from a team losing the ball. Plus we have had literally one or two fouls through 45 minutes - sorry but you have to be more physical against US.
Takahashi confused football pitch with sumo hall - decided to play pull&push with a stronger American player for no reason at all, lost the ball and the goal.
Hasegawa seemed to have hurt her foot in the last few moments. They have 2 more games this window. No need to risk injury. I actually like what they tried here. They switched to 3 at the back and it seemed to be working until Takahashi had to come off and they had to switch back. FT I mean considering the mess the power hungry and corrupt Norio Sasaki has put his team in, Kano tried a lot of new things, not many worked, but I do think it was a valuable friendly. What can you really expect from a team without direction?
I could list all the mistakes we have made, but to be honest 80% of them would've gone unpunished vs teams like Australia or Canada, then we would've scored 2-3 goals and everything would've looked brilliant on paper. We need matches like this, matches vs aggressive, unforgiving opponents against which you have to be crisp, precise and in great physical shape. Matches where every decision counts, and you can't outrun or outmuscle your opponent to make up for your own mistake. One poor touch vs US is turnover, one bad decision on defense is dangerous counter-attack, etc.. Respectable 1:2 is a cheap price for this very needed reality check.
