I have to admire Yanagigaura's coach. He decided to make one-on-one marking against Yamano. He must've known that she was the biggest threat.
They both play in the Q-League and know each other very well. They had 2x 1-1 draws in 2025 and finished 3rd and 4th behind Anclas 1st and Ryukyu Sakura 2nd.
Maya Hijikata played 63' for Villa vs Brighton of Kiko Seike, Moeka Minami (whole match) and Fuka Tsunoda who played 61' and scored her first goal for the club.
Ayaka "The Blondie" Yamashita and Yui Hasegawa played entire game for ManCity against Everton of Honoka Hayashi (whole match as well), Hikaru Kitagawa and Yuka Momiki who were subbed in at 64th minute.
Fuka Nagano played whole game, Risa Shimizu - 62 minutes for Liverpool vs London City of Saki Kumagai who spent 63 minutes on the pitch.

Futoshi Ikeda joins Mynavi Sendai as a club advisor. The official statement says that his duties will be more administrative than coaching-related... but the current manager will certainly feel the pressure to deliver results. https://www.mynavisendai-ladies.jp/news-club/2026/01/post-9081.html
@dark knight is the guy (sorry to tag you again, DK). Send him a DM about the issue and what you are requesting.

Wow this made me realize that we have 10 teams in FA-WSL with Japanese players in them! (In previous @unepommekun's games, this was hidden by the fact that some of these teams were playing each other; now, instead, everyone of them clashes vs a club from a different division; by the way, what's the competition? The FA Cup? ). 1. Everton 2. West Ham 3. London City Lionesses 4. Chelsea 5. Tottenham 6. Manchester City 7. Brighton 8. Liverpool 9. Manchester United 10. Aston Villa 11. AFC Women's Champions League - QF 28th March Melbourne City - PFC Nasaf Tokyo Verdy Beleza - Stallion Laguna FC 29th March Naegohyang WFC - Ho Chi Minh City WFC Wuhan Jiangda - Suwon FC Women
Seems quite good for Beleza: got probably the worse non-seeded team. Are the semifinals already set-up (i.e. Beleza could meet Melbourne City?).
