After I watched the game of Nadeshiko vs South Africa, I noticed one obvious thing. Recently JFA rarely wins games in Nadeshiko League 2. It's natural because they are U18 players. I didn't understand it so much. Why not? Because it seldom loses games about four years ago. Why? You get the reason when you see the members in 2022. It includes Tanikawa, Koga, Matsukubo and Itamura. Apparantly too many special talents were there.
A decline in talent for that age group? The 3 better known Kyushu high schools all seem to have passed or are passing their peak? So the big clash at the top of Nadeshiko League 2 ends in a draw that leaves everything open (Kibi keep their advantage over Diavorosso, but it's just one single point). Diavorosso had finally managed to go ahead at 76' of this game (through a PK, I guess; they sure had a PK in the 2nd Half, but it's difficult to establish if PKs are scored, because the official website's scoresheet doesn't mention that ), but Kibi equalized about 5 minutes later, with the usual scorer Rua Nishimura (now leading the scorers' raninkings with 7 goals in 12 matchdays).
