I watched Japan 2-0 Afeican champion Morrokko (U17WC), and envied the male U17 Japan.
It was a totally different team from Little Nadeshiko.
Physically not so weak, accurate long feeds and shots, good situation judgement, two or three good FWs...and all that.:)

You have to watch it, bliss, because a lot of players or else you like appear in it.
By the way, for me Murakami Karin of Vonds Ichihara was a good surprise, becuase I had ruted for Fukui highschool in the highschool tournament many years ago, and I was unable to find her long time.

(Hmm... not a bad idea to keep an eye on the football horizon... although I've recently gotten the impression that the world's top teams have already disappeared beyond Japan's horizon. )

I remember my first trip to Hiroshima, I took the bus from Tokyo, it was long indeed. So Sendai which is further north can easily add a few hours.
Do you know how teams traveled around for away games ? Bus? Shinkansen ? I guess the bus for the teams who play each against in Kanto.
And for further destinations, obviously Shinkansen is one of the most efficient transportation in the world so I would say it’s easier but who knows?
Not being a stalker here, but just curious.

I have no idea, but I am also curious to learn more about these kinds of things.

I cannot imagine they are taking the bus, because that would take at least 12 hours. The train is a bit better, but it is still around 6 hours from Sendai.

I assume they fly, but I could be wrong. I am also curious to know when they go to Hiroshima. Again I would assume they go the day before and spend the night in Hiroshima.

Ehime Ladies is probably not the best example because of their home location.

When they played away against Belle they travelled the 2-3 hours by team bus but travelled the day before their game and stayed in a hotel.

When playing Nippatsu they went by air

And by team bus and boat to play Viama
