The stolen ball and the cross in the box by Macario were excellent: I have the feeling that USWNT will be back at being one of the most dangerous teams in the world, when they'll get back a full-time Macario.
W.E. League H.T.....Beleza 0-1 Nojima Minamino with one of the nicest half volleys seen for ages (If it was a drop kick it was fit to win a Womens Rugby World Cup) 2nd half....dare to wish
W.E. League F.T....Beleza 3-1 Nojima Nojima were only 13 mins away from a win then a cruely deflected equaliser followed by Fujino 79 mins and Yamamoto 84 mins.

I watched the Hiroshima versus INAC game and it was time well spent. It was a good game to watch with Hiroshima getting a well-deserved victory. Hiroshima are an eratic team, but when they are hot, they are really hot. There were some fantastic battles between players. My personal favourite was in the middle of the pitch between Narumiya and Yanase. I thought Yanase was very good tonight constantly running and harrassing everybody in midfield, which brought about several turnovers. Nakashima has been a bit off the boil lately, which makes me think she might have had an injury. Tonight she was excellent against Moriya. I think a shout out should go to Shimabukuro who also played well on the wing against Kitagawa. Teams have finally started taking Kitagawa seriously, so she is not getting as much space as she once had. Other than that I thought Ichinose really had her passing boots on tonight. She made some excellent passes for Hiroshima. INAC has done a lot better than I thought this year, but some of their deficiencies in midfield are starting to come home to roost. It does not really matter because the league is finished for the season with INAC's loss. Urawa are miles ahead of everybody else and are just toying with their opposition at this point. Since the Andoh and Naomoto injuries they have played much better. You can read into that whatever you want. I hope for next season a few of Urawa's players leave just to give everybody else a chance.
I read that they scored their 4 goals in the first 24 minutes! Basically they destroyed Omiya in less than an half-hour, then they stopped playing?
13th July in Kanazawa, Ishikawa prefecture, Nadeshiko will play last friendly match before the Olympics.
According to the US college boards here on BigSoccer, Ran Iwai should play for another season for Florida State Univerity "Seminoles" (the team that's the reigning US college-cup champion).
#4620 in 2023 Because if Toyo disappeared from this tournament, DF Fujiu Natsumi (special designated player) might return to Regina soon. In fact, Regina's every rookie (Fujiu, Koga, Ri, Kasahara and Hayama) has some good points individually.
If you look at most of their matches since the break most of them follow a similar pattern. They know they are miles in front of everybody, but they are trying not to show it too much. I really hope some of their players leave at the end of the season for the sake of the league
Let's hope that Hirao kicking the air instead of the ball didn't buried her chances for making the Olympic roster. I believe that she is a better shot stopper than Ikeda of Urawa, but in terms of playing in front of the goal such mistakes have no right to happen to the national team goalkeeper.
Someone will remember that I had said longtime ago that I wasn't sure about Hirao and I would have preferred Ikeda instead.
