Miharu Kobayashi was on the pitch the whole game today, when Napoli lost yet another match, vs Pomigliano, from a PK at 90'+4'. Highlights:

I support Nojima Stella because I am a glutton for punishment. I actually started following Nojima because Yoko Tanka left INAC to go and play for them eight years ago. I started supporting them in earnest when they finally made it to Nadeshiko League One in 2017 and they have been my team ever since. Other than Yoko playing for them I also like their red and blue colours, which are the same colours of the Australian football team I follow called West Perth. I think everybody knows here that I generally follow the weaker teams and I have a soft spot for any team not Beleza, INAC or Urawa. But I tend to follow Elfen and Hiroshima a bit more than the other teams.
It is INAC Kobe for me (and Sfida Setagaya in NL1)... as for the reason, Homare Sawa played in Kobe around time (2010-11) when I started to follow women's club football in Japan. I watched Japan WNT in some matches from 2007 WWC and Beijing Olympics 2008 but it was Mana Iwabuchi that really invited me to support Japan WNT in 2008 at WWC U17 in New Zealand.
Naho played there as well. INAC is the team that I've always recognized since they were multiple champions around time I fell in love with Nadeshiko (2011). I've also always liked red kits of Urawa and obviously beautiful and brilliant Hikaru Naomoto.

A long time ago, almost junior high school members' Menina (I'm not sure, but Shimizu and Hasegawa would have been involved) beat high school champion Tokiwagi (Nakada, Kyokawa) in the junior championship final. I was surprised and since then I support Beleza. But nowadays I've been interested in Regina a little bit more not particularly because I live in Hiroshima prefecture.
It's Sanfrecce Hiroshima Regina for me. When the WE League started and Ehime FC Ladies lost their best trio of players to Regina I continued to follow their progress as professional football players and liked what I saw so I always watch Regina whenever possible.Ehime FC Ladies will always be my viewing of choice but hey ho...we all have our weaknesses

Meanwhile, Moeka Minami and Saki Kumagai are going to start in Roma's Champions' League's game vs Ajax (streaming in Italian):
I hope Hayashi, Shimizu and Ueki aren't flying out until Monday, they have a game Sunday away to Arsenal.
https://www.jfa.jp/eng/nadeshikojapan/20231203/member.html#pankz English version While Nakashima is in, Miyabi did not make it this time. I thought she was doing well.
The match was won by Roma by 3-0, with both Moeka Minami and Saki Kumagai on the pitch the full game. Highlights: Some interesting excerpts from the UEFA Women's Champions' League official website: Francesco Corda Reporting from Stadio Tre Fontane: Kumagai has taken control of operations in front of the Roma defence: the Japanese midfielder is one of the most experienced players at UEFA Women's Champions League level, winning the trophy five times with Lyon. Francesco Corda Reporting from Stadio Tre Fontane: More from Giugliano: "With Kumagai, we have more stability in midfield. She brought us something more, then the coach moved me further forward and it went well."
I wonder if they will get on the pitch? Tanikawa is a phenom and I want to watch her play, but I would like to see her play a bit more at senior level before being called up to Nadeshiko; Nadeshiko League 2 does not count. Having said that I am sure she will do fine, because she is really good. As for Koga she looks like a good young player, but is she really good enough to play for Nadeshiko right now? I believe she is nowhere near good enough, but I may be wrong.
