Big and suprising news. Makoto Hasebe is the new Co-Coach of the JNT. He is sitting on the bench beneath Moriyasu tomorrow against China.

The JFA and Moriyasu said, he needs to become the Co-Coach and for now he will coach Frankfurts second team and JNT. Frankfurt also said, they will do all, that he becomes a big coach.

I am not sure if this will be a limited offer for his experience or from now on a safe one.

Congrats to JNT for the emphatic victory. Hopefully they'll play for the win against Bahrain in the next round.
I know it's China but 7-0!!! Unexpected, at least for me.
The Chinese National Football team remains a mystery to me. No improvement whatsoever.

I almost didn't recognize Daizen Maeda there! no beard, short hair dyed silver. For a minute I was wondering who was that guy until I saw his name on the jersey.

7-0! Great start Japan! I hope the match away to Bahrain is also as productive. Whenever Japan plays against Western Asian teams, I'm concern of the unfair play and physicality as well as injuries.

Go Japan! Gambare Nippon! Gambare Samurai Blue!

2nd worst defeat of China’s history. The team was not that bad lately, and I wasn’t expecting more than a 2 goals gap to be honest.

Ito and Mitoma being back on the team, alongside Minamino in full confidence made the whole difference.

Btw, I found a wonderful new way to watch Japan games through a free IPTV. May I create a new topic about it? I think it is somehow legal as it gathers all online viewable channels on one list. So many times I struggled to find JNT games throughout the years, this can really be helpful. @moderators? @Dax ?

    Hi,
as this is a bit of a grey area, I would advise to post it here. Those smart will save the link. But having it in a thread starter is perhaps a bit too much.

I used OneFootball app and was able to watch the game live on the app on my phone.

Japan should play for a win in this game. KSA is back on track.

    Penalty to Japan!

Sliding defender putting the arms up and blocking the cross. That's a no-no.

edit: Ayase Ueda scores. BHR 0-1 JPN (37').

Typical away games performance for JNT, not complaining though. I hope they can add another goal or two.

Not good, not bad, solid I would say. Doan also hit the post. But of course not the best game of JNT but Bahrain is like they used to, with 10 men in their own half, which makes it hard to come through.

And there it is, a beauty and another one from Ueda. I think he read that crap interview ^^.

Here we go. Another goal by Ueda, this time early in the second half.

    2-0.

Yesss 2-0 by none other than Ueda :)
I’d rather conserve energy and give the subs some playtime.

If the boys can grab another one before the 60th minute, then it's free-for-all buffet for the subs.
