Yui had a wonderful assist for Giacinti, but the goal was disallowed for off-side: correct call, but the action had been beutiful!!!
Milan AC 4-2 Inter (Boquete 8', 14', Dowie 79', 86' - Marinelli 60', Møller 90'+1') Milan & Hasegawa advance to the final of Coppa Italia, but, after the 1st leg had ended 2-1 for Inter, there were two very worrying moments today. When Inter scored their first goal, for almost 20 minutes they could hope for extra-time or even direct qualification had they scored another; then, after Milan had gone on 4-1, when Inter scored their second in injury time, they could have advanced with an immediate third goal. Actually, they were very seldom dangerous, compared to Milan, but they buried their two chances, while Milan wasted a lot. The match was very nervous (a total of 6 YCs), of course something I am not used to when I see Japanese teams play. Yui was her usual self, producing good passes and chasing balls in the midfield and in defense when needed.
She assisted Bouqete with first goal and had her usual very good game. Her work rate throughout the game was second to none. Aston Villa 2 - 0 Bristol HT It looks like Villa may avoid relegation yet.
Nojima have been getting beaten quite easily in all their practice matches so far this year. They do not have anybody to score goals for them. Maybe they will play better tomorrow, but they need a forward.
If you want to see Yui with her shots, her assists (converted or not) and the way she's overwhelmed by team-mates during celebrations , here you have the highlights from today's Coppa Italia's derby:
Question. Where (position) does Mana play in Villa? (this stat rather speaks voulmes about her teammates) ポジションどこ😂😂😂 https://t.co/SMUJodGAbk— Mana Iwabuchi 岩渕真奈 (@buchi_mana) April 24, 2021 Hayashi noted an assist in quite unlucky loss to Linkoping 📺Höjdpunkter: AIK – Linköpings FC (1-2). 0-1 ⚽️ ’8 Uchenna Grace Kanu (LFC)1-1 ⚽️ ’16 Jenny Danielsson (AIK)1-2 ⚽️ ’43 Frida Leonhardsen Maanum (LFC) pic.twitter.com/gUcxlJ5nVA— AIK Fotboll Dam (@AIKFotbollDam) April 24, 2021
Miyazawa Hinata most amazed me yesterday. She had been mere one of good players in Beleza, but was the central character on the pitch in Mynavi. For the first time, I felt that she could be the queen of Nadeshiko Japan someday.
Was wondering if game is available to watch (not on the elevensports free list) but maybe You Tube channel?...(INAC v AC Nagano was on their own channel yesterday) Ps....H.T.......Iga 2 Yamato 0....nice 2nd goal at 40 mins
Today’s result: Nadeshiko League Orca 0-0 Harima Nittaidai (Lee, Watanabe Urara, Morita, Kato) 4-1 Ange Violet (Matsuda Sawa) Iga (Okino Kurea, Sugita) 2-0 Yamato Nadeshiko League 2 NORD (Uemura, Marugata) 2-3 JFA (Hamano, Ohta, Tanigawa) Kibi 0-1 Anclas (Aida)
Like I said Nojima have looked pretty bad so far this year, and this just confirms my worst fears. Obviously the start of the real season is a long way away, so there is no need to panic, yet. But I am not convinced by the manager Kitano. I will definitely watch Thursday's game just to see what they are doing and see how bad it is. Nojima have 21 players in their squad at the moment. What is the maximum number of players they can have? Because they may need reinforcements.
Wow, I didn't even remember that Albi had signed Michigami (although I sure had commented that at the time): the offensive duo with Fuka Kono could reveal very powerful!
Anyone knows what happen with this game? Well, another day at the office for Iga, a very comfortable game, I think Fujita didn't make a proper save in the entire game. If this keep the same, we will have champions very soon.
Maybe Albi played 4-2-3-1 today. Kono was in and Michigami out at '74. Adding to that, I like another FW Ishibuchi too.
Oh, wow. I though Michigami and Kono were so much of a complement to each other that I was supposing they had to have played together today: tall, physical Michigami alongside short and fast Kono, it looked like the perfect match to me! We're going to see if Albi will try this kind of line-up later, in the league.
Nice shot: typical Yoko. I hope Huelva keep doing well this year, with her. Although I keep thinking she would deserve some better stage!
Nojima played what I would say a rather optimistic 4-3-3! I like them trying to be attacking, but given the fact that they only had one shot on goal for the entire game probably means they might need to rethink their strategy. The key is that there is no Matsubara at the moment. Matsubara and Wakisaki in midfield with Ishida breaking up the play might mitigate some of their problems. I fear the match against Urawa could see them lose by a huge margin. It may be very hard to watch.
