And in fact first goal couldn't be much later than that: Minami scores from CK action at 6'.

Is there anyone later than me with the streaming? I don't think so, I hope I can freely post.

 

What were Iwashimizu and Ohno saying in the comment about their former team-mate and old friend Sameshima a few minutes ago? I am sure it was something funny, but of course I couldn't understand.

 

Looks like at least some attendance was allowed?

 

Judging from the first minutes I would believed we would have been 3 goals ahead already at this point, but at 25' Iwabuchi scores at least second goal.

I was afraid her control in the box was going to let GK the time and space to get the ball, but she managed to anticipate her anyway.

 

I agree. But judging from what I see on the standings and from what I hear, it looks like there have to be some supporters.

 

My streaming freezed and I missed the third goal (header from a FK), but I could get at least the replay: was it Iwabuchi again?

 

When this referee is angry, she whistles three or four times for a single foul! Find it funny.

Now a Paraguaian player got a YC for grabbing Iwabuchi's jersey thus stopping an offensive action.

 

Oh, ok, thank you: so no other Japanese player touched the ball after Nakajima's FK.

 

Just 1 minute of extra-time, despite at least a pair of time-consuming injuries to Paraguaian players in this First Half.

And it's 3-0 at HT right now!.

 

I agree. The finishing for Japan could anyway have been better: not a problem vs Paraguay, but it could be against other teams. It's of course an old story...

You will excuse me for the frivolous observation, but while the teams were going out of the pitch I had to notice that Sameshima-san is even much charming at this age than when she was younger.

 

Ok, I finally could rewatch it better: Nakajima's FK from the right, Iwabuchi's header and then a Paraguaian DF slots it in her own goal!

Did Sugasawa manage to always remain on-side?

 

Sandoval managed to attract a foul while being alone vs three Japanese players. At U-20 WWC 2018 she had looked to me like one of the few decent players in that Paraguian team (although, if I am not wrong, it was her who had a PK saved by Stambaugh).

Edit: now she wins a CK: is it the first for Paraguay?

 

Wow, this last goal was quite comical! Who made that long drive from Japanese defense that Paraguian DF and GK fumbled upon?

Then Iwabuchi tapped-in, but most of the goal goes to that player!

 

Wow, some substitutions... I guess I see Hamada in... Iwabuchi and Sugasawa out.

Ok... it's Hamada, Mina Tanaka and Momiki in, Sugasawa, Iwabuchi in Kitamura out at 66'.
