Not quite keen on the Hara transfer, don't think the Polish league is better than J league by alot, if really any.
Tried searching for the Hashioka's one but nothing popped yet, maybe its not certain yet.

The unfortunate reality is that 15 goals in the polish league are still rated more than 15 in Jleague in Europe. Hara was barely playing this year so to get this transfer is already a bit of a miracle from Honda... granted he could've waited and kept trying in Tokyo, but best of luck to him, either way.

Basically Portimonense is replacing Gonda with KN23.
Strange move for Hara, but it worked for Morioka.

Hashioka is the most interesting passage and Urawa Reds can afford his loss, since they have Tatsuya Tanaka on the squad now.

Hashioka's transfer from what I've heard seems to be close to done, it's just waiting for confirmation. Now JNT seems to be settled at least for the moment on the RB position, with Sakai and Tomiyasu able to play right back. If Hashioka can manage to get consistent minutes in STVV, him and Sugawara can provide additional back-up options for JNT in the RB position. Plus others like Junya Ito and Muroya etc. can fill in for the position if anything.

The LB position seems to be more of a concern imo, Nagatomo is getting on in years and will be 36 by next year's WC, other options are only Nakayama, etc.
Ko Matsubara doesn't seem to be playing frequently as well as of now iirc.
Hopefully the likes of Shunki Higashi, etc. can move to Europe as well so as to provide additional options by next year's WC.

Is Hashioka being recruited to play RB or develop further as a CB?

Given that 2022 is only a year away you could also try out the fullbacks from this year’s J.League Best Eleven...

Hashioka can indeed be tried as a CB, he seems pretty sturdy and have the build necessary to be played as a CB imo. Either way, the more pressing position in the backline currently is LB imo, hopefully a player as good as Nagatomo in his prime can emerge. As of now, the #1 RB for upcoming WC should be Sakai unless anything else. Tomiyasu will most probably be asked to play as CB for JNT.

Each one of them is linked to a different Polish team.

    Hara going to Alaves?
    That'd be good.

Shinzo Koroki rumoured to move to Consodale as Petrovic interested in his former player and Urawa Reds' Fabricio and Mauricio rumoured to move as well.

Well, if Anderson Lopes is leaving, Consadole need a new striker.

For once I hope they gamble on a young Japanese striker: worth giving Taika Nakashima decent playing time.
