    I'll be honest, those are some shitty sources, so I wouldn't put any weight on that.
    Indeed - he has a pre-contract with Bellmare already though, so it's up to them.

    Is there any other league in the world where clubs genuinely love to recycle veteran players who are ancient or absolute garbage in the last few years?

    For example, I can’t believe Kyoto Sanga (Kazunari Ichimi understandably left) have signed Peter Utaka (35), Tadanari Lee (34), Ryota Moriwaki (33) and Ryunosuke Noda (31). Considering they have one of the best academies in the country it’s insanity.

    Meanwhile young rookies at many J1 clubs are cut after two (even one) season.

    Yeah, I'd wait if I were him. Before the double injury he had in 2018, he was clearly the best around, by a mile. But right now he has to recover. Maybe at the end of 2020 it could be a good solution.
