For Japanese standards yes! However its a shame that the 3 big stands are seperated in 2 levels when theres no Vip boxes to seperate them, it would be nicer if they were in one so they gave a bigger supporter effect when playing.
Naohiro Takahara, former Jubilo Iwata, Boca Juniors, Hamburger SV, Eintracht Frankfurt, Urawa Reds, Suwon Samsung Bluewings and Shimizu S-Pulse player. He was a former JNT top scorer, and the main striker in the so-called Golden Generation, which included the likes of Shinji Ono and Junichi Inamoto, and reached FIFA U-20 WC final when they lose against a Spain team which included Xavi Hernandez. What a history! I feel nostalgic for the good old times!!!
What have happened to Kataller? Surely they were bad in J2 last season, but their fall have been alot worse than expected, hasnt it? I dont follow J3, but its a bit sad to see J2 clubs like Kataller and Gainare struggle so much. I see they changed a bunch of players though: GK: Rotated between Mizutani, Iida, Hironaga and Shibata last season. Still have Iida, and have brought in Ezumi from Omiya and a youngster from Matsumoto. = More or less the same. DF: Lost Mikuriya and Akimoto who were regular starters last season, in addition to Gao Zhunyi and Tae Hong Park. Have brought in Hidaka from Consadole who should be a nice addition and a couple of youngsters from university. = Overall much weaker. MF: Lost Kim, Kimura and Uchida who were regulars, in addition to Mae and Izawa who were there on loan only. Brought in Shiina from Matsumoto and a Malaysian youngster from Avispa. = Looks extremely weakened here. FW: They have lost Shirasaki, Nishikawa and Miyayoshi, but in a total of 67 appearances, those 3 FWs only managed 4 goals between then ( lol). They signed only Kitai, with J2-experience from both Machida and Matsumoto. = Both Miyayoshi and Shirasaki are examples of players who "could have been". The still got Kokeguchi in their squad, and we are still waiting for Mikami to get his breakthrough and Kitai is not a bad player either, so doesnt look weaker overall, although they got less cover. And whats up with Renofa? 51 goals in 17 matches is incredible, and would be fun to see them in J2 in addition to Parceiro or Machida next year.
It's from the game that Fukushima played in Hiratsuka (that was a week or two ago if I remember it well).
I think Renofa needs another year in J3. Of course they'd deserve promotion on the field, but Nagano is a more ready structure now. 5000 of attandeces is good.
Pretty dramatic ending in Yamaguchi where Renofa won against Parceiro scoring 2 goals in the final minutes and going 3-2 after a somewhat strange decission about PK in the last minute.
Discovered just now that Minobe left Nagano about his health issues. Do you know more about it? http://www.jleague.jp/en/news/20150807-02.html
