Well, we beat them 1-0 away back in March. I can't see a repeat of that result this time. We're far too weak on set pieces and headers to not concede at least one. To get the win, we're going to need to score multiple goals. This means starting the attacking lineup that we should've seen at PPL Park on Sunday.

I'm sure it'll be another dirty, nasty game.

Step 2: Colorado needs to come back from a 2-0 deficit at Sporting KC while missing half their team due to injury and suspension.

Question: Is it time for someone in a Union uniform to risk a straight red card in exchange for knocking a Dynamo player on their a$$ within the first 5 minutes of the game? Would such a move likely reduce the "chippy-ness" of Houston's approach?

I think the answer is no to both questions, but I'm curious as to the thoughts of others.

Its going to be a rough one, especially with us having to push the play and them packing it in. Califf and Valdes are going to need to be solid and the midfield is going to have to hold some decent possesion. I have faith and think we can do it, but it is going to take an incredible effort and some bounces/calls going our way.

The wait sucks.


Thinking we need someone to hold the ball up in the final third to dish off to Letoux and Maybe Mwanga (not sure) on hard runs into the box, Part of me thinks adu could do this, but also think it could leave us vunerable and negate some of le toux effectiveness.

Someone may have already resolved the "changing line-up" question, but in taking a look at the starting line-ups for the regular season, I see only two times when Nowak used the same line-up (and they happened to both be consecutive games).

They were the 2nd and 3rd games (by uniform number: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 13, 20, and 25) and the 15th and 16th games (1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 16, 19, 20, 22, and 25).
