My aims in terms of soccer skills for the next summer are as follows: 1. work on heading ability 2. work on instep kicks with both feet mostly one timers 3. improve control on long kicks In terms of conditioning: 1. Do 10 150 yard shuttle runs consecutively (with 30 second rest) in under 30 seconds. (currently i can do 7) 2. Improve upper body strength 3. Increase verticle jump Anyone have drills, tips, plans, advice or websites I can look at to help me out with planning my summer training?

I run for an hour before i do my sprints. I look at it like if i can run a half and do sprints i should be able to inprove my game by not stoping for a breather during the game My coach says that if u inprove your first 3 steps it changes your whole game anybody heard that before? Thanks -justin
