Pretty good article. The last couple of paragraphs are really intriguing btw.

I gotta admit, as much as I cringed when I found out they were going back to an artificial surface at Giants Stadium, I was totally fooled for the first 20-30 mins while watching the game Sat. night. It looks real on TV, at least from the high camera angle. And it definitely doesn't give the horrid 'bounciness' that the original fake stuff did.
