Hey, I am visiting NYC for the summer, and I was wondering whether any resident New Yorkers could recommend a decent league or location where I could find some like minded individuals, interested in the game of football? Any competition of reasonable standard is acceptable, I look foward to your suggestions.
Try contacting the Cosmopolitan Soccer League. There are teams in New York City and New Jersey. There were teams in the league from upstate and CT, but I'm not sure if they are still around. There is a web site for the league,....though I dont have the address. Check it out.
