86' 1-1 Nagasato turns to 22m mid-left, bends a cross to 7m right post, just over Erceg caught twisting on her jump. Kerr chest-traps and half-volleys, D'Angelo jumps spread-eagle and blocks with legs, NC clears. D'Angelo comes up limping, but play continues. 87' 1-1 Kerr way offside past circle top.
90' 1-1 Hamilton wrests control past circle top right, hits L.Williams sprinting up wide right to 6m. Poor cross floats over mouth, lands just past endline left. That's how you have 42 shots and not even get a shot 90+1' (of +4') 1-1 North Carolina subs in (3 of 3) #21 Darian Jenkins for #10 Debinha. 90+2' (of +4') 1-1 Zerboni fk at 22m arc right, hooked wide left and bounces past everybody. Sigh 90+2' (of +4') 1-1 Jenkins jukes through box top mid-left -- but can't catch up to her touch, S.Johnson shields it over.
90+4' (of +4') 1-1 Hinkle long forward pass toward McDonald up centerline, cut out by S.Johnson sliding perfectly at box top center. Hamilton trips over somebody at 14m mid-left, no call. FT 1-1. Chicago's 8th game, on the road, and they ... hold NC to a "boring" 1-1 draw. Wut? NC 42(14)-(2)8 shots(sog), 12-3 corners, 31-14 crosses, 58.1% possession. Naeher 12 saves. She won't even get Save of the Week because 4 of her saves will steal votes from each other --

Somebody should comment on the Sky Blue/Houston game....so I will. Why did Sky Blue take Katie Johnson out in minute 85 with Sky Blue down a goal? The Sky Blue offense this year has been Johnson, Johnson, and Johnson. 3 goals scored by SB this season, two of them by Johnson and an assist by Johnson on the other. Seems like she should have stayed in the game. Houston looked good....Ohai occasionally dangerous; Daly the player of the game in my opinion. Marvelous save by Amber Brooks to spoil Johnson's bid for a hat trick.
