https://www.patheos.com/blogs/progr...teria-was-plot-against-trump-dies-from-virus/ Religious Ignorance Kills: Landon Spradlin, a Virginia pastor who claimed the “mass hysteria” around the coronavirus pandemic was part of a media plot against Trump, has died from the virus. ABC News reports: Landon Spradlin’s family never got to say goodbye. The 66-year-old father and husband from Virginia died due to complications from COVID-19 on Wednesday morning in North Carolina. While on the way home from a mission trip, Spradlin collapsed and was taken to a hospital in Concord, North Carolina. He was eventually put on a ventilator as his condition worsened. I get my news from Fox, said no one who wants to be informed: "...I've been talking to Fox insiders over the last few days, there's a real concern inside the network that their early downplaying of the coronavirus actually exposes Fox News to potential legal action by viewers who maybe were misled. Oh, please hold as many rallies and as early as you want! Trump officials are talking loosely about when rallies can resume, looking at end of April/early May, and looking at whether they can be done differently so attendees aren’t all pressed against each other. https://t.co/4EaqgFqwnU— Maggie Haberman (@maggieNYT) March 29, 2020
A baby just died in the US.... wife and both sets of parents now on super lock down.... they are like no more going out for groceries. we had been ordering food pretty frequently from some of our favorite local restaurants. She’s like crazy about not doing that. Think it’s way safer than going to the grocery store and being in a long line with a couple hundred people also wtf can we not find toilet paper? We started just using baby whips. Also no diapers anywhere thank god I get them at Costco. am I the only one the family feels is expendable? It’s like dude go out and buy milk and bread. Don’t bring the virus back with you!

Remember when Trump used the power of the presidency to bully another country into launching a bogus investigation of his political opponent, and the House impeached him for it, and everyone knew he was guilty, but Senate Rs voted to let him off anyway? That was last month.— David Roberts (@drvolts) March 30, 2020
This should be a front page story including @FoxNews : In Feb Trump donated over 17 TONS of masks and protective supplies to China. He is a transactional creature. What did he gain in return? https://t.co/4SuK0gTXxk— Ruth Ben-Ghiat (@ruthbenghiat) March 29, 2020
One of scariest aspects of coronavirus in South America is the harm it could inflict on indigenous communities. In Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador & Peru indigenous people know that all too well and are fleeing back into the forests https://t.co/wAjl5mfl82— Tom Phillips (@tomphillipsin) March 30, 2020

Technically your daughters, your wife and you have very little risks of dying from COVID 19, while your parents and in-laws are probably in the critical age cohorts. Sending one person only for shopping makes sense, because it's only one car dealing with it, and only your clothes needing to be washer after the fact, with the added bonus that you are also probably developing immunity at this point. Couple of tips regarding diapers and TP: 1. Order online, even if it takes a little longer, try different websites. 2. If you go to big retailers, go early in the morning and if you don't see any in the isles, linger around the backstage doors and ask a store associate, they can bring you one or two packages. 3. If they're still open, go to Office Depot or Staples, they sometimes have paper goods in stock.
OBL determined to strike America: On February 5th, I sat in a meeting with top Administration officials as Senators pressed them to request emergency funding to hire staff and stockpile supplies for the coming crisis. They said they had it covered. Didn’t need any additional funding. What a fatal screw up. https://t.co/SGrH9q7QS7— Chris Murphy 🟧 (@ChrisMurphyCT) March 30, 2020
Getting sick to own the librlus... https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2020/03/social-distancing-culture/609019/ The consensus didn’t last long. Trump, having apparently grown impatient with all the quarantines and lockdowns, began last week to call for a quick return to business as usual. “we cannot let the cure be worse than the problem itself,” he tweeted, in characteristic caps lock. Speaking to Fox News, he added that he would “love” to see businesses and churches reopened by Easter. Though Trump would later walk them back, the comments set off a familiar sequence—a Democratic backlash, a pile-on in the press, and a rush in MAGA-world to defend the president. As the coronavirus now emerges as another front in the culture war, social distancing has come to be viewed in some quarters as a political act—a way to signal which side you’re on. Some of the more brazen departures from public-health consensus have carried a whiff of right-wing performance art. Jerry Falwell Jr., an outspoken Trump ally and president of the evangelical Liberty University, made headlines this week for inviting students back to campus over objections from local officials. The conservative website The Federalist published a trollish piece proposing “chicken-pox parties” as a model for strategically spreading the coronavirus. Throughout the conservative media, calls to reopen the economy—even if it means sacrificing the sick and elderly—are gaining traction.

the homeless situation in CT has become way more noticeable. You see them in every street corner now asking for change or food. For the most part you mostly drive in CT. I saw a girl who looked 17 a few months ago gave her money for food. Saw her last week and man.... she looks like she aged 20 years thing that blows my mind is people going on go fund me because of medical expenses. How are we the best country in the world if you have insurance you go to the doctor and need to beg random strangers online to get a procedure. the homeless situation, medical industry and how veterans are treated by the government when they come back is sickening and needs to be fixed sadly Republicans go tax cuts !!! Only thing that will fix our national debt and o yea Democrats kill babies. democrats go hey we like Hispanics and everyone needs to become Trans now!!! Please like us!!!
