U.S. Soccer president Carlos Cordeiro steps down
Cindy Parlow Cone takes over, at least for now. Obviously not Revs-specific, but huge news nonetheless - and Bruce did say this recently. Bruce Arena says Carlos Cordeiro has 'no business being' USSF president
Utter disaster for this guy in recent days, probably one of the few people happy for the coronavirus hullabaloo given that it has managed to keep all of the recent crap with the women's team - and his subsequent resignation - under the radar.

Bruce Arena's quote was quite timely. But IIRC, Bruce's criticism of Cordeiro had to do with Cordeiro's lack of love for the game. It turns out he was lacking in his administrative competence as well.

It's tough to attract top business leaders who also have a passion for the product. The USSF's challenges are so oppressive, and the budget is so small (relatively speaking), that anyone who knows their worth will find more financially rewarding opportunities elsewhere.

No clue about Parlow’s qualification, but I wish her success.
