I was tipped off by the Johnny Kelly reference (he passed away last year)

Ah sorry. He did run it this year again, however. Let me see if I can find a more accurate listing. I obviously didn't read the article closely.

Yeah, the "20010416" would probably translate to 4/16/2001.

You're more astute than I. I didn't realize it until he was answering an email about Beasley (DaMarcus) playing in a Fire-DC game.

Jeff finished the 2005 Boston Marathon with an official time of 3:49:26, and ran the 2001 Boston Marathon, his official time then being 3:51:19.
