Hello Indoor! Happy Holidays to you and yours...
Went on a mission (TY KT) and here is the result. Hope you enjoy the games and the Holidays : )
First Up, not a great copy but still noteworthy as the Expansion 1 and Done NY Kick take on the Tidal Wave on NY Year's Eve in Milwaukee! Crowd of over 5k is here and watching. Jim Peters interviews on the league as a whole.

NPSL New York Kick @ Milwaukee Wave 12- 31-90

Next UP...The Wave are at home again. This time they take on the Tulsa Ambush. What? Ambush? Come on....
Tulsa is heavy ex-Dallas Sidekicks/Wichita Wings. Google Eloy Salgado, who is having a career year in the NPSL for Tusa. In fact, leading scorer! A Lewisville TX star who the Sidekicks drafted, goes from a roster spot at 17 for the Sidekicks, to a Multi-point scorer this year, to a convicted criminal, after theft charges years later. Thank Goodness that he has some really good "Back Bone" with MISL Champion Pedro Debrito and player Coach Captain Victor Moreland from the 1987 MISL Champion Dallas Sidekicks behind him. Whew! Can the "Ambush" "Steal One" in Milwaukee in front of about 5k? BTW...HOLY MOLY ART KRAMER GOAL! OMG...

NPSL Tulsa Ambush @ Milwaukee Wave 1-5-92

Next up-Another "Heater" in Buffalo as Jim May takes over Coach from the GM Spot. Can he figure out how to stop The MAGIC MAN Pato Margetic and lead the Blizzard to a win on ESPN2? GK Brian Finnerty interviews at half!

NPSL Detroit Rockers @ Buffalo Blizzard 11-11-94

AND next...It's the Buffalo Blizzard at Home vs the Spirit of Baltimore. Apparently, Captain Tim Wittman gets a little tipped with his Coach and is sitting out this one. The American Hero Tony Meola is in goal in front of 7,300 for the Blizzard!

NPSL Baltimore Spirit @ Buffalo Blizzard 1-13-95

OMG-Get your Blood Pressure Gauge Ready...This is a HOT contest between the best two records in the league! It's the NPSL on ESPN2 with the Cleveland Crunch taking on the St Louis Ambush in front of 7,200! Indoor or MMA??

NPSL Cleveland Crunch @ St Louis Ambush 1-8-95

Next Feature-Pato and Company head to St. Louis to steal one from the St Louis Ambush! Daryl Doran-player Coach for St Louis has his own plans....

NPSL Detroit Rockers @ St Louis Ambush 3-16-96

Last Stocking Stuffer finds us at the AUD in Buffalo for the 8th All-Star Classic between the American and National Division. Will they have enough time and netting to hold this game? ESPN unfortunately makes cuts in this one on a time delay presentation, GREAT BALLS OF TIME/FIRE!

NPSL All Star Game American vs National from Buffalo 2-19-95

    Enjoy!

The Kick @ Wave game... Check out the handsome young stud waving the Wave flag at the 16:42 mark.

The Ambush @ Wave game... IIRC, that was the third day of an NPSL 3-in-3 weekend for the Wave, in which half of the team was hurt. I am not sure they even dressed a dozen players. I think they lost all 3 games that weekend as well.

The New York Kick, a team that represented New York City so well that they played their home games in Glens Falls, NY, 203 miles north of the city!

Half of them, anyway. The rest were in Albany at what was then the new Knickerbocker Arena.

So then they were only 160 miles from New York City!
