There's a way around the cap and it's been used already to some degree. You pay him the max and then some sponsors step in and help out making him a happy camper. We just need to think of an American sponsor who would have an interest.

I think Kluivert to Liverpool and Heskey to the MLS would make more sense.

If Kluiverty is gone I will sure miss him.
But he's been with us a long time so maybe it will be good for he's career to play another league.
