Greatest coach with the greatest goal celebrations ever, Nuff said.

Well done - you deserved that. It seemed like you'd been cursed by the football gods before the goal went in - hopefully that's all behind you now.

Management are showing good confidence in his coaching abilities, as Nouri will continue being in charge for the Darmstadt game.

Isn't it rather true that Hamburg stole your #1 candidate for the job?

Nah, I have no idea what you're talking about. ;)

Otherwise, possibly but debatable. Management weren't fully committed to which replacement coaching option to go with yet. While Nouri has also gotten this team to play improved football.

    Well, I am still skeptical.

Isn't it ironic that the media commentators and also fans treat coaches who have achieved absolutely nothing in their careers better than veterans with lots of experience? If you have never made a tough decision you also never made any mistakes.

Perhaps I am too cynical. Good luck to you guys with Nouri.

Yes, people like to see new faces and the media support this. About Nouri, the players spoke positive and support him (ok, no surprise because a coach exchange brings chances for bench warmers), so Werder will likely offer Alexander Nouri a contract until the end of the season.

I would understand the decision because the team seemed to have an improved chemistry in the last matches. And the players are now in the situation where they can't hide behind Skripnik. Nouri and the team have a lot work in the coming weeks because the season preparation was very pathetic and it is a challenge to turn this around. So all the best for Alexander and the team.
