was as usual browsing through gettys then realised something weird bout PSG's home kit. when they play in the french league, they jersey has the sponsor ' THOMSON ' on it. when they play cup matches, their jersey has some other sponsor ' NESTLE LION ' on it. pics - weird huh, anyone knows the reason ?
cos french teams arent allowed on the stock exchange i dont think.. so they need lots of sponsership..
French clubs arnt allowed on it or summing, unlike united, arsenal etc.. so they need the money from sponsership.
The French cup has its own sponsors, so when teams play the french cup, they wear jerseys with the cup sponsors. Has been like that for ages. btw, LION is a pretty good candy bar. iougs-
