A direct quote from the Rapidfire email... "The Rapids need your help tonight! In what will be the most important game of the season, the Rapids will need that extra 12th man support to help defeat the Wizards. Come out and support your home team tonight; the team needs the expected crowd tonight of around 25,000 fans to be vocal and enthusiastic! And remember to WEAR GREEN!" Not to nitpick, but if they are going to change colors next year anyway, why do they care? I find it a bit shady that the front office would want to encourage everyone to wear green (Rapids' and their fans' identity) to support what in essence is a lame duck (speaking in terms of color) "green" team. Why not work on the new black and blue image if that is really what they are planning on doing? This sucks, amateur hour.
