Fortunately I am on temporary assignment in Sweden and have avoided watching this humiliation. I think it is time to write off this year. The real question is what moves should the Burn make to improve next year's team. Which senior internationl should be released? Expensive players such as Pareja, Kreis, Deering and Cerritos will be let go. New players will get the opportunity to develop. I'd rather see a glimpse of the future then reading week after week how this team is unmotivated.

Although I hate reading about this team, there truly is a silver lining. In a year and a half a new stadium will be built. If our veterans are released, there should be money to bring in new talent. We will have decent picks in the superdraft. Although we know how MLS will create new rules in allocating players to benefit their favorite teams. Finally, ROB will be back.

Sorry about this disjointed post, but all we can do now is think about next year.
