  1. yup.
Odakuro said, when he showed Japanese friends video footage of the derby against the local rivals Quick Boys, they couldnot believe it was an amateur match.

  2. Found the other Japanese players at Katwijk.
Naoki Kawajiri and KazatoYamada. Both play with Katwijk u23 team.
I also found out why they play for "amateur" club Katwijk.
The two professional leagues are bound by the rule of a high minimum wage for non-EU players.
This rule doesnot apply to the amateur leagues, so they can pay a for the club affordable amount of money.

  3. Kazato Yamada played for FC Breukelen last season:

Kazato Yamada stays at FC Breukelen
    May 14, 2024 News

Dear members and fans, Kazato Yamada will stay at FC Breukelen next season and that is good news! The current season is Kazato's second season at FC Breukelen and there will be at least a third season. This year, Kazato has broken through as a permanent fixture in the selection and the first of FC Breukelen. Kazato's good play is therefore becoming more and more noticeable. Recently, Kazato was deservedly named man of the match after the home game against the Merinos. And last Saturday, Kazato was 1 of the goalscorers in the 0-8 win away at FC Hilversum. In short, good news that Kazato is staying and we wish Kazato a lot of success and fun next season. But first, let's finish the last 2 games of this season. Another 2 wins, then this season will get a very nice dessert!
    Sincerely, The Technical Committee
