    We took a trip from Portland to Mt Rainier this summer, and it definitely felt Trumpy in that area. Even more so when we got away from the interstate.

    Very much so. Once you are south of the Olympia area, you are in Republican country until you hit Vancouver.

    Totally. I've done the Hood to Coast relay run and Seattle to Portland bike ride several times and I am always amazed at how different the PNW countryside is from the big cities. Saw a gigantic "Joe and the hoe must go" sign in Tenino this summer :confused:

    In other not so surprising news, a bakery in Georgetown, Ky is taking a hit because of the name of a brownie. Lucifer's Brownie.

    They are getting review bombed and (the FB post) was taken down) there was a verbal altercation in the store the day before. The odd thing is that is the name of the brownie. It is named that because of the burnt buttercream in the filling, giving it a rich, creamier taste. Think of the person getting bent out of shape because you called devil's food cake.....devil's food cake.
