Championship:

Both Valerenga and Rosenborg are the frame for the title. Both remained locked on the same number points. The traditional tiebreaker is Goal difference. Then Goal scored. Rosenborg have scored 11 goals more. But this will only happen if RBK manage to win 1-0 and Valerenga score 12 - very unlikely. After that it is then Head to Head. VIF have the better record.

In order for VIF to win, they must win by a gretaer margain of goal than RBK who have a equal Goal difference record.

Relegation:

Sogndal are down and can't be lifted off the bottom. Stabaek, Bodo, Molde and Viking are capable of going down or competing for the relegation playoff against Sandefjord or Kongsvinger.

Stabaek
They are down unless they can grab a win and hope that Molde and Bodo both fail to win. If Stabaek draw, they will have to hope that Bodo loses to grab a playoff spot or even better, that Molde lose heavily.

Bodo
Well again must win. Only a huge win by Stabaek could upheave them. In order to get out of this playoff jam, they must hope that Molde fail to win. A draw will mean possible relegation should Stabaek win.

Molde
A win means safety and in a tight league like this, maybe even well clear. A draw will be no good unless either Bodo or Stabaek win. Should they lose and either team draw then they have a better GD record. Again only a massive defeat will see them slid down.

Viking
A point will guarentee saftey. A loss means they will have to hope that both Bodo and Stabaek draw or lose. Molde can overtake them only by vrtue of scoring a few goals more. Bodo/Stabaek wins, will mean that only a huge maragin of victory for both will dislodge Viking.

This is hard but it will become more apparent when the goals go in.....
