Northern Ireland U-20

I have decided to run for the position of manager of the Northern Ireland U-20 team. I would appreciate any support from those of you on this board.

My candidate speech is as follows:

I would like to run for the U-20 manager of Northern Ireland. I realize I have not been to this conference at all till just after Mcguire resigned. I am a manager in the USA and have been playing Hattrick since January of this year. I know I don't really have time in game, but I am a capable manager and would treat the team as my own. I want to bring Hattrick glory to the Northern Ireland.

I, and anyone else running for the position, has their work cut out for them. The gutting of the team has destroyed the team spirit and will make winning in the short term very difficult. As such, I propose a similar tack to my fellow manager from the States, mattskier. Since the chances of winning now are nearly nil, the new manager should focus on taking younger players and giving them the experience they need to compete on the highest levels of Hattrick.

If I am elected I will do Northern Ireland proud. I will devote considerable time to hunting up players that will be the future of the U-20 team and National team and using those players to their fullest. I will be available for questions from people before the elections and will always be around to listen to concerns and criticisms if you do me the honor of electing me.

Go for it! I'm a scout for Northern Ireland so you do have help.

Also if I get a young inad playmaker, he better make the squad.

Thanks for the support. I appreciate it. I don't have quite the bonafides as some other people that may campaign, but I think I can make a difference and I will devote as much time as necessary to make the team a success and set it up for long-term success.
