Memberships on sale in March and include a scarf and a mug. As always, no need to have any specific ticket in order to support the section. Major road trips are being planned by NorOnTour to Cincinnati, Colorado, Chicago and Charlotte. Lots of outreach is on-going and more is planned.
I'd think so. Crazier things have been done, however. You're talking about ~2500 miles round trip. If memory serves me right, the Old Farts traveled there via train once, but that was via Cleveland.
Is it possible to get tickets and not transportation with NorOnTour? Colorado, Chicago and Charlotte are all intriguing trips.
I've done this on multiple occasions for DC trips. I imagine that will be the case this year, with the possible exception of Charlotte if they limit the number of tickets for visiting fans.
For Denver I'd get ahold of Mile High Massives. They'll have their own block of seats and they'd love to have you. Can't say the same for.the F*re, but Charlotte will certainly have seats galore.
1503803879791681541 is not a valid tweet id The tweet says RIP Tailgate. A later tweet in that chain hints at a forthcoming statement. I'm not on Slack or Discord. What am I missing? As of now, there's nothing on Reddit, the website or Facebook.
You're not missing anything - this is supporters drama leaking onto twitter and causing a lot of confusion. I would expect this tweet to be deleted or walked back. There will be a tailgate for Nashville.
Voting for the Nordecke Board of Directors is now open, here: https://nordecke.com/index.php/2022/03/22/2022-nordecke-board-of-directors-voting/ You'll need to be logged into your Nordecke.com account to access the page. Here's the ballot:
I hear that Chris Lamacchia guy is quite the shady character. Not sure I want him running communications.
#Nordecke Due to legal, logistical, and operational challenges at the Grandview Yard tailgate location, that were limiting to the nature of the event, we are suspending the tailgate at this time. #crew96— The Nordecke ⭐⭐⭐ (@Nordecke) March 28, 2022 About as successful a launch as the de-brand.
There's a bit of a backstory here. I don't know how much I'm at liberty to say, just yet, but I'll put it this way: None of the issues were the result of actions by the Nordecke or NRI, but rather the City of Grandview didn't quite have their ducks in a row when the agreement was signed.
The FO sent out an "All About The Nordecke" email. This part.... "Q&A with your Manager of Supporter Relations, Ty Phillips Save the date for 4/24/2022. We will be hosting a Q&A via Zoom to talk Nordecke, fan culture, experience, and everything in between with Ty Phillips! Details on how to RSVP will be sent at a later date."
I re-upped my membership and was going to pick up my swag at the nordecke tent but had no idea where the tent was. Where do they set the membership tent up on gamedays?
If you don't see the Nordecke membership pickup, just ask at the Supporters Supply tent, they'll point you in the right direction.
Ugh, ********ing bullshit. Some stupidface rigged the vote and is now the new Nordecke Communications Director: https://nordecke.com/index.php/the-nordecke-board-of-directors P.S. Congrats, @LaMacchia. May your evil plan to bring down the Nordecke from within come to fruition.
