As expected, Stu is out for this one, due to a thigh injury he picked up in the Chelsea game on Wednesday. Owen Coyle only has 4 players on his bench today.

Bolton grab a goal late in the half after Aurelio gives away a needless freekick near the touch line. Johnson loses Kevin Davies, who is the last person you want to lose in the box.

Liverpool started getting frustrated at the end of the half, with Lucas missing a chance from one yard out.

This could be Hodgson's last game. There were already rumors of a board meeting this morning, losing at home to an under strength Bolton team might seal the deal.

For what it's worth, Liverpool has controlled the game for the most part. Lucas should have scored.

And liverpool digs deep and gets the win. Torres leveled on a great finish, and then Joe Cole scores in the 90th minute ( although he may not have gotten a touch ).

Coyle will have a tough job motivating the players now.

Two tough away games, two dubious decisions by the match officials, two defeats.

Why would he have a tough time motivating players? Two defeats in a row are enough motivation. Being the recipient of dubious decisions shouldn't be a factor because a loss is a loss not matter if it was a blow out, a last minute winner, or the result of poor decisions by the ref. Coyle will have his boys ready and hopefully Stu will be back.

If Coyle has your motivational skills, Bolton will be fine! ;)
