I seriously cannot wait until European football is over. I'm so sick and tired of watching ManU and Chelsea highlights repeatedly ever 20 minutes on the Fox Soccer Report. I been waiting since Sunday night to get some highlights of last weeks MLS games. FSC did 30 seconds of coverage on the Toronto FC/Chicago match on Monday and that was it. Other than that I've been forced to watch a soap opera of EPL coaches taking on new positions and watching highlights of matches that are absolutely meaningless. I can't understand how the MLS dosen't get it's rightful share of review? I mean it's an hour show, of which, the second half is dedicated to repeating the broadcast coverage in the first. When the Champions League is over and done, and I do pray we get on and over with it, what can we expect to see on the Fox Soccer Report? EPL offseason trade rumours? Countless replays of archived UEFA cup soccer? By the way, if you didn't catch the West Ham Chelsea match last week, It'll be replayed twice today and thrice on Thursday.
Straight swap is ultra rare, but a swapping players + cash is not unheard of (Ashley Cole to Chelsea for William Gallas + cash back in late August). FSC has done more with MLS this year. It still plays second fiddle, but there is improvement.
It was Man U vs West Ham, but thanks for tuning in. Most matches on Sunday were meaningfull b/c of Relegation and UEFA Cup qualifacation.
Well at least they don't have that AC Milan show showing every other half hour. Man did that piss me off.
