Does anyone know if the "new" Retro jersey that Nike is having the MNT will wear sometime this Summer available anywhere to view? I just read a piece on it at ussoccer.com

Cool. Thanks. As long as it's not that baby-blue-meets-the-Montreal-Canadiens thing I'll be fine with it.
"That was one of the best crowds I've ever heard since playing for the national team. If they do it again, we'll try to get another four." Young DaMarcus is a bit cocky isn't he?
I know which one you're talking about. They played mexico wearing them about five years ago and back then surprisingly beat them.
ain't nothing wrong with a little bravado, as long as you can back it up. FWIW, saw demarcus scrimmage against the quakes last week ... he looked awesome. sure it was just a scrimmage but he was a stud. back to the topic: will the retro jersey be like the one for sale here on big soccer (the TOFFS one)? does anybody have a real idea or are we all stuck guessing?
I've heard that the Jersey is the same design as the t-shirt you saw some of the U-20's wearing at the miami match. Cheers.
it may not be retro but at least its orginal...to a degree. not saying the diagonal stripe hasnt been done hundreds of times, but at least its not the nike jersey 100 other countries wear.
that sash is odd because it doesnt go over the the shouldr, its too low. i bet it will be a jersey like inter, barca, and the galaxt have but with a combonation blue and red stripe. which i think will look cool. maybe someone can do a mokcup using the inter white away shirt.
1950 WC Brazil US defeats England 1-0, that is somewhat like the strip our boys were wearing that day.
Except that the sash isn't red, the shield is different, the collar is rounded, and the trim isn't blue. It's not a true retro jersey unless it looks like what was worn in the past.
1950 US Men's national team - the one that beat Eng-er-land. You can get a replica from Toffs, although I had to wait about 6 months for mine...
