I just hope Nike will have the respect and not turn our kit into a freak show like so many other kits around. O and by the way as i was speaking to the Glory about the APL and co they said that they terminated Seekem as their kit maker because they belived that a new kit maker will make ALL kits for the APL teams. And.... it was confirmed, so the insiders are telling the truth! I hope Glory's kit will look good! I hope
Nike are the current NZ kit supplier after replacing Adidas who seemed more interested in the All Blacks. Nike's money is as good as anyone elses I suppose. Crowdie
BUt adidas made great kits for the Socceroos and i have seen the latest kits from Nike for other nations and they are horrible!
The Away kit for the Socceroos is ok but it just passes my standard and i don't like the silly v thing on the elbow. What is the New Zealand kit like Crowdie? similar to the Socceroos, USA, Portugal and Holland?
Good grief, GF! Nike got the nod with the whole ASL?! Does this mean the whole league will have those jerseys with the circled numbers?! Honestly, those weren't bad the FIRST time I saw them, because I thought they were customised for the Netherlands. But then the US and Portugal proved me wrong. Grrrrrr....
Yeah well the Socceroos Away kit didn't have the 'target' on their away kit and that home ball is horrible and the silly v thing on the elbows are also annoying. In fact i was suprised that during the Aus v RSA game they made NO mention about us wearing a new kit! OMG!!! i hope there is more talk about it and i hope they (nike) respect the community and make decent kits for the 8 APL sides.
The All Whites haven't played an international since Nike took over but their training kit is almost entirely white with just a small NZ Soccer logo and small Nike logo on the front and the small NZ Soccer logo with "NZ Soccer" written underneath it on the base of each sleeve. Crowdie

It looked very similar to the old Adidas one. It was white for home games and grey for away games. The old Adidas one has a strip of black cloth running from the airpits down to the bottom of the shirt with a white mesh over it. The Nike one just has the black cloth. Crowdie
