I generally agree that blue shouldn’t be on a Liverpool kit... but in this specific case, as a reference to a previous kit and with this particular shade itself, I think it works. If they swapped it for black or dark green or dark purple or... whatever, imo it might not look as good.
I think I like that, if it’s real (and if the colors are true). Pics of the home kit so far suck (is it optic orange, pink, or in between, bright red?). They’d have done better with black, yellow, or white... just saying...

MUCH better looking kit than the original posted. Hate the yellow though...why not black, with red and silver trim? (I'm an Ohio State alum)
