I bet you could get away with a return. Contact Nike and see if your eligible for a voucher. Ripping of the lace cover is considered "defective".
lol you think i could get away with a return if I cut off the lace cover and i don't have a receipt and i don't have a box? I realize I'd be utterly abusing the ability to return stuff but o well
Swanny, what happened to my Black/Citron(Volt, whatever) Legends? I haven't seen or heard anything about them in a while.
yeah, more pics of them showed up on TRD photobucket album this week. they still look amazing. Also, how would some one go about returning IV's to nike? I've never returned anything, and since I actually didn't buy the shoes I have nothing except the bag and boots they came with. Would I need a proof of purchase or anything like that? http://s400.photobucket.com/albums/pp84/C-dub57/ returnable?? and I could only use it at a nike outlet store or nike.com?
Yeah, I figured. I didn't cut them off; I got them by trading with some one who had. Now the IV is too small so I just had a small hope of a easy 200$ nike card.
They wouldn't take those, but if you ever wanted to return them all you need is the boots, no special "proof of purchase" or anything. Just find the Nike Return number on the Nike site, and you can contact them.
check this clip http://www.soccerbible.com/news/gen...ootball-boots-nike-pro-bootroom-13-01-09.aspx Not as high tech as I thought.
Wow! Pretty awesome Must be fun making the boots by hand, and than watch them being used by the best players in the world
It isn't a lot manufacturing, it's personal manufacturing for each football player, which own contract with Nike. Pretty cool. Our boots are from a lot manufacturing. But a lot manufacturing isn't imho that much different from the one in video. I dunno, if is possible make a football boot fully automatically. Anyone knows?
Hmm...seems logical! I don't think 2 million people sit around everyday making footballshoes like that...so the must be manufactured by machines ...I guess...
Dang, i was hoping my sl's were made by some asian sitting in a chair in china, laboring over them until they were perfect
Get this, amongst other things the new MV V has a: 'Revolutionary internal chassis [which] creates instant acceleration'. I always though that acceleration was down to muscle strength. Guess now everyone can be as fast as C.Ronaldo. Source: http://www.footy-boots.com/mercurial-vapor-v-4984/
good info, that was the first time i had seen the new ones, to me they look the same as the 4s, i prefer the vapor 2s and 3s and was hoping they would ditch the f50 similarities oh well, they look like eto'o s puma boots
unless yours are a professional, yours are made by some asian sitting in a chair...but the speed at which the boot comes apart makes me think that he aint putting any effort into it
Those White/Red V's are supposedly a women's model, which is a shame considering they're by far the nicest.
The teijn (by the looks of it) looks like what they used on the euro vapors. Trust me, its really nice. It feels just like leather, except without all the over stretching, and actually supports your foot still. It gets incredibly soft after a month of wear.
Any opinions on SL's over normal normal MV IV? With my current money situation I can either get another pair of normal MV's, or I can wait a few months when I have some more cash built up. any differences in size, quality, touch, anything that would justify an additional 100+ dollars to get the SL's over normal MV IV's? Thanks. EDIT: Besides weight that is, I am aware the difference 2 ounces may/may not make.
hey, would anyone know any thing that could fix the tongue of the vapor3s ripping, its the bit on the front where it starts that is rippping cause its flimsy. theyve only just started and im wondering if there were any precautions i could take. cheers
