Yes the Sting played some games at old Comiskey. They split games between wrigley and comiskey.

Yep. The Comiskey layout was ok. Best seats were in right field. There weren't any goal seats, and no real "Section 8" type places to sit. Wrigley was much better in that the touch line was the same as the first base line and the whole place is closer to the field. So if you sat right at the dugout you had a great view of the field. I guess right field would have been a decent S8 type spot.

Usually, the Wrigley games were weekend and the Komiskey were weeknight because of the lack of lights at Wrigley at that time.

I really miss Old Comiskey. I'm glad that Peter Wilt took that old design into consideration for Fire Stadium. There was also some minor league baseball stadium that gave him the vision for what Fire Stadium will be.

Chicago! We finally have a GM that actually cares in this town. I'm so sick of Wirtz, Reinsdorf, McCaskey and the whole lot of them. They all blow! Peter is a man who cares about the team and the fans.

Fire Fans, we are extremely lucky!

None of the people you mentioned are GMs. Paxson is a good one, but yes, the rest suck.

And I too miss old Comiskey. I cried the day they started tearing it sown.
