    While this is strange I can't say I have any objection to the second caution/send off. It is a bit over the top.

    FIFA was pretty clear about this after the 2006 WC, when an Ecuadoran player donned a mask. Kind of a stupid thing to be codified, but there's no wiggle room on this one.

    Yup. FIFA has tied the hands of referees with this. Oh well, it is what it is. I would've made the same call.
