A sports appeals tribunal upheld soccer federation sanctions against Serie A team Reggina in the latest ruling from Italy's match-fixing scandal. The tribunal also upheld a 2 1/2-year ban from soccer for Reggina president Lillo Foti, the Italian soccer federation said Saturday. Reggina, which finished 15th in Serie A last season, was docked 15 points by a soccer federation sports court on Aug. 17 for allegedly trying to have friendly referees assigned to the team's games.
