    You might be right.

I'm not sure how good Onyewu is or will become. I've yet to see him in league game and I have mixed feelings about what I've seen so far with the USMNT.

There was a rumor of him going to Anderlecht. Maybe then we'd get to see him in a Champions League game.

Ball watching in The Azteca in front of 100,000 screaming Mexicans is not a good idea, but he really used that mistake as a learning experience and his confidence seems sky high at the moment.

He has got to be better then Babayaro.
I still think we should bring Ollie back as cover.

    Coco deal is off.

He couldn't agree terms. But I read that he didn't like Souness.

It was because Freddy had a moment of clarity and realised that 40,000 per week for an average left back is just a tad stupid.

That's true. It would have upped your wage structure too much. Is Dyer really on £80,000 per week?

Yes the player who cannot play 5 games in a row, the attacking midfielder who doesn't score and the player who refused to play for the club and threw the captains armband to the floor is on £80,000 a week.

Oh my! You have a fair few of your boys on heft wages don't you?

I know that Parker is on roughly £50,000 and that Emre is on £70,000.

Who are the other big earners?

Emre isn't on that much, i've heard that he's on £35,000.

Given is on about £40,000 but he's worth every penny

Shearer should be on £80,000 because of a clause in his contract that he should be the highest paid player at the club but since he's in the last year of his contract he is only on £60,000

Everyone else is between £10,000-£30,000 a week

Shephard and Hall are on £531,000 and £ 523,000 a year for doing....errrrmm well nothing

Sorry to have to point this out and I hope it doesn't offend many Newcastle fans, but if you do not make the Champions League, and I am sure you won't, then your club may be in financial trouble.

The thing about newcastle is that it can cope without european competitions. We have alot of money, but we don't spend it. This is because it will harm the dividends of the board aka Shephard and Hall. Remember we didn't have the CL when Keegan was here and we still spent alot of money.

Wages are what cripple clubs, not transfer fees.

Don't believe too much of what the financial sheets on websites say.

I don't believe it. The same thing happened to Leeds and they even had a website that said the same thing.

I think this is different because they used the clubs records to make it. It's just never been made open to the public because the club make it hard work to get any financial info about it.

They used the clubs records to make the leeds one also. That's why it was such a shock to everyone but Risdale.

The last bit struck me as utter ****************. I like Taylor but I like attacking football. Re-sign Ollie leave Taylor in the center.

Coco does have an attitude problem though. Is Bernard a free agent?

 Bernard did fine by NUFC. Every man deserves the right to seek out his value on the open market. He never let the club or the supporters down. You can keep Babayarro and Coconuts I would rather have Ollie until we can find a permanet solution for left back.
