New YA: Jon Paul Pittman

    If you check out the Notts Forest website in the Youth Team Profiles you will find a striker born in 1986 called Jon Paul Pittman. It lists his birth place as Oklahoma City.

    Wow... Great find!

    Apparently he also played for Aston Villa.

    Is this sort of a Steve Potts situation or does this kid have legitimate ties to the US?

    Perhaps not.... Steve Pittman was born in the US(?), but grew up in Scotland. In 1986, I doubt Steve had a kid in Oklahoma City. Of coursem Jon Paul copuld have been his nephews or somebody.
