Is this a "cause and effect" question?

If I may be a neorealist for a moment: unipolar worlds are inherently unstable. I would think Waltz and the gang get their panties in a bunch over the absence of "balance of power". Therefore, a NATO split may be what the doctor ordered.

However, I'm not Hobbesian, and don't get me started on bipolar, schizoid worlds.

Hey, is Tiger Ali Singh still around? Maybe he could be repackaged.

I wouldn't worry about a New World Order after Iraq, as Scott Hall will just end up in re-hab again.
