And we don't even know how many players will be allowed on the rosters, either! We do know that a ticket will cost you a few thousand dollars, though.
Nike’s release window for major tournaments has almost always been in the February or March for the international break. Nothing new. You could say the same about Puma and adidas’ away kits, too. The brands are maximizing interest close to the tournament. They’ll be out in 2.5 weeks.

the away shirt looked OK to me in a few previous photos I saw but it looks boring and not good hanging in the store here. Hope it's better in person. Still love the home shirt though.
I think if everything goes right in 2026 then USA won't wear the road shirts in the World Cup. It would mean winning the Group and going on a deep run.
They absolutely will wear both kits. They have to sell them, after all. My guess for the black kit is Australia.
They can wear them if they choose to wear them. But hosts do not have to wear road uniforms if they are the designated home team.
Exactly, they have a choice. They will choose to wear them. Nike didn’t make those jerseys to not have them see the field. May even be Paraguay.
Nike has made jereys for hosts before who did not wear their road jerseys. Brasil for instance in 2014 did not wear their road blues in any of their WC matches. And they sell a heck of a lot more jerseys than the USA does. USA will wear them in friendlies in March and the summer so it is not like they will never wear them. But they can choose to wear them in the matches you mentioned. We shall see.

True. But more than likely the team that qualifies won't have white as their shirt. At least if things go chalk as they say.
I don't know if this means anything, but Turkey was home team for two group stage matches in Euro 24, and wore red for one and white for the other. Also, with a lot of red in the striped shirt, it might not be good for the US to wear it against a red opponent.

A new leak from a baby’s kit seems to confirm navy blue shorts and white socks will be the primary option with the Waldo, just like 2012. That’s great. I was nervous white shorts and socks would be the main look to deem it a “light” kit with the away likely being all navy. I’m sure white shorts will be an option and may be worn depending on the opponent’s colors, but good to see this. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is some trim on the shorts. Baby kits tend to strip it down to the basics. Notice the shirt doesn’t have the triangle collar or the side paneling. Gotta say, I love it. I'm going to be getting one. I have a Navy Blue Altidore jersey from over a decade ago around the time he went on that scoring tear for us (5 MNT matches in a row). He either had just moved to Sunderland, or was in the middle of his ill-fated Sunderland spell.
That’s cool, I’d even say an Adidas skateboarding ad offers better marketing for U.S. soccer than Nike does for the official shirts.
Everything to this point has pointed to Nike’s launch for all national teams on the 23rd. Do you remember that article from Footy Headlines that theorized the U.S. and Brazil away would get early releases in January? Well that didn’t happen, but the Brazil away did just release independent of the other national teams yesterday. To add some juice to that theory, I just walked into my local Dick’s Sporting Goods and they had a full display of the away kits. I got beat by the final boss at the register when they told me they weren’t available until the 16th. Maybe the Footy Headlines article was off on the timing but not on the fact that some teams will get early releases. I’ll be on the lookout Monday.
The first picture of the dark jersey I thought "Maybe it'll grow on me". But now that I've seen a few real world photos, I'm not liking it. Especially the red pinstripe edging detail combined with that fade to navy. Bleh.
