From what was told to me from the Revolution staff that the Revolution doesn't choose their supplier MLS does. If this is so why have we recieved the shaft ever since we stopped using Reebok? Getting to by a jersey after the season is almost over is pathetic. Umbro is washed up in this country, MLS shouldn't even be talking to them.

While I do believe there is some level of input from the league in terms of signing off on a supplier, the clubs are the ones who ultimately make that decision.

    I'd say it's about 80/20 club/league.

The Fire had a LOT of pull in changing our supplier from Nike to Puma, but I think a lot was a result of working a loophole or change to Nike's MLS contract. I'm not 100% positive.

From what I know, I suspect this is the case.

Bob Kraft and Paul Fireman (CEO of Reebok) had a bit of a business falling out years ago over the initial purchase of the Pats/Foxboro Stadium.

This all changed recently when Reebok signed a long term deal (10 years I think) to make all of the NFL signature clothing that is sold in the stadiums and on-line.

I suspect this is what is primarily responsible for the Revs change to Reebok.

If there is an Onyun Bhag webpage, Google has never heard of it. There is a British site called the Onion Bag, but it hasn't got a shop. What's the story?

The Onyun Bhag (spell it out normally....) use to run the Big Soccer store. They soon went their seperate ways. I guess things weren't all rosy. However, Kitbag who currently runs the BS store, does not offer USA or MLS jerseys, so therefore they are not competing against each other in this market.

Long story short, www.theonyunbhag.com (think and spell it out normally)

For those of you who haven't visited the other site, a poster there claims that the Reebok jerseys will be available in home & away versions after 5/1 this year.

this design might be good, however, this will require the Revs to change their logo design.

    Classic Batman font..

I think the Revs need to update their logo. Go to a shield or badge or something new.

For the sake of fairness, I should point out that (the BS member formerly known as) The Onion Bag repeatedly went on spam-binges on the boards, sent unsolicited emails using the BigSoccer mailing list and even before the breakup, he was an antagonistic troll who made quite a few enemies on these boards. The URL is censored for a reason.
