Looks like it's back to real wide stripes and an orange jersey for away matches. I liked the orange Kappa ones from 97-98(?). Hopefully these are just as nice and not some ugly thing you could go hunting in.

Oh yeah, back to blue shorts too.

    Same.

IMO, the home shirt should be the traditional vertical stripes. This years kit is the best one in a long time. The new "proposed" kit is a flash back to the centenary kit from 1999 except the sleeves aren't deep blue rather alternating blue and red.
The orange away kit is one of my favorite all time Barca styles, it epitomizes catalunya and the artistic influences along the way.

All of these kit changes are a result of opening profit streams for the club by forcing those real die hards to get the new kit style year in and year out. An extreme design change like this truly does force those who want to remain consistent with the styles to purchase the new kit.

The wide aren't bad, they looked like Basel. As for the 2nd kit, I don't like that the sleeves dont match the body.

Man, those are super wide stripes. I liked the wider stripes of last year.

I do too. I'm not a huge fan of either extreme, although I like this year's stripes better than next season's super-wide ones.

If anyone is planning on visiting Barcelona in the next couple of months, the department store El Corte Ingles will most likely have this season's shirts, shorts, tracksuits, etc. all at 50% off. Shop till you drop.

Speaking of that centenary kit, someone's selling a Luis Enrique centenary on ebay right now:

    Hate those wide stripes.

I didn't think I'd like it at first, but I'm getting used to the red shorts. :(

I have the orange Kappa jersey from 97! Back then I was 14 and it fit rather big, but now it fits great :D

We do look like Basel but I guess we are going back to the roots I guess. The orange looks nice. Bet that will be the Dutch fans' color of choice :p . I don't like the wide striped either but I guess I will have to get used to it. Thank ya now...Roscoe!

My favorite are still the 2004/5 home jerseys. This season's was already a step down. But, yeah, next season's is not good. I generally don't like anything that isn't horizontally symmetical.

I didn't know Boca wore hoops. They have the yellow across the center...but Barca's stripes are Vertical.

I liked the 03/04 jersey with the collar, that was classy. I also dont like the new jersy, the half and half thing makes it look like FC Basel's jersey like many of you have already mentioned.

 I was talking about symmetry not stripes. Personally, I think any uniform that isnt symmetrical left-to-right looks silly (eg. Blackburn, Monaco, Basle, and now the new Barca home jersey.)

The orange one is definitely an improvement on this year's traffic warden shirts. The home one looks strange, but you can't really judge until you actually see someone wear it, unlike that Photoshopped image of Sammy
