rossi, rosina, and gourcuff have already been mentioned

matteo darmian- defender on the primavera (youth setup in italy) for milan

di gennaro- #10, a playmaker. maybe best player in the primavera this season, I really like him, great skill, solid first touch and excellent vision.

andrea russotto- have only watched a couple of his games in serie b, but have seen more of him in the u17 tournaments, and now as he is a regular in the other youth national setups. from what I have seen I have really liked, but admittedly not seen enough to make a full determination on him myself, but quite a few people on BS and other message boards that have seen him say that on pure ability he is italy's brightest prospect, even better than rossi. want to see more of him though before i make such a strong statement.

well, I will mainly just stick to my specialty, italy/milan players and let other countries/teams' fans handle their prospects, as they more of them than I would, except for one exception.
two argentinian gks, carrizo (article about him today and how peruzzi handpicked him as a replacement for him at lazio) and ustari. don't watch a ton of the argentinian league, but do try to catch it when I can, and I really like those two gks.

I only saw ilsinho in the ghana freindly, but to be honest, ilsinho looked out of his depth. was that just a one-off in your opinion? I know he is very young and inexperienced, but does he have a shot to beat out alves as the right back of the future for brazil? I really like alves, btw, but who doesn't, eh?

Rossi is very promising. I hope to see more of him next year at Manu. Richards has the potential to be the best RB in the future. very versatile too.

You can´t judge him if you saw only one game. But he needs to develop a lot his football yet. To me, Brazilians, better than him we have Cicinho and may be Marcelo from Real Madrid. In 3 years he´ll be our best player in the position.

my two favorite forwards in the world - david villa and klaas jan huntelaar.

some of you may think i'm going too far, but i think david villa is currently the best forward/finisher in the world.

Kareem El Ahmadi, Morocco international and Twente. Struts across the pitch like royalty, incredibly technically gifted central midfielder with both defensive and attacking qualities.
