I have been following 2 players who went to the tahichi academy just like Moreno and Etcheverry.
One is Julio Cesar Baldivieso, who plays in Bolivar, of Bolivia. He would be a great asset.
and Erwin Sanchez, who plays in boavista or benfica, in portugal.
they are both winding down in their carresrs , and since MLS goes after those types of players since they can't afford stars who are in their prime, they should really take a look at those players....

    Welcome to the boards.

I don't think that DC should pursue any of these players. Allocations, as far as I'm concerned, should be used for two types of players.

    1) Up and coming talent from foreign countries. Two great examples currently in MLS are Reyes and Ruiz.

    2) Aging American talent. Stewart is a good example here should he decide to play in MLS.

The players you suggest above don't fall into either of these categories.
